Engineer-Process with 10-15 yrs exp
The Prime Job Responsibilities:
Generating PIDs, PFDs , fabrication drawings.
Finalizing plant layout & elevation drawings.
Detailing of fabrication drawing of distillation column, heat exchangers, tanks &vessels.
Review of isometrics & BOM from P & ID.
Calculation of line sizes ,vapor duct sizes ,vapor separator size, no of tube, thickness calculation of shell, tubesheet.
Costing of overall project.
Mass & energy balance calculation.
Preparing data sheet of control valve, pump, steam trap pressure safety valve, manual valves & PHE.
Calculation of cooling tower capacity, flam arrester, equipment sizing of heat exchanger, evaporation, distillation column, tank.
Standards like API, ASME & TEMA.
Site activities ,material and manpower supply by taking daily progress reports from site.
